PCR Saliva test incl. Travel document € 85,-
A PCR saliva test checks whether you are currently infected with the corona virus. It is checked whether there is genetic material (RNA) from the coronavirus in the saliva taken. Do you want to go on holiday abroad or do you have to go abroad for work? In that case, the country of destination may have certain requirements to prevent infection with the corona virus (COVID-19). In some cases, a corona test (COVID-19 PCR test) is required and a statement (or PCR Certificate) is requested with a negative COVID-19 test result.
If you test negative, you will receive the result of the negative test result with an official travel document. This statement may be required by some authorities (airlines, travel organizations, hotels) when you travel. You can go to Covidtest Limburg to take a PCR test.
* This PCR Saliva Test is ideal for people who do not like a regular PCR test, children under 12 years old and the mentally handicapped.
- NOTE: Rinse your mouth with water half an hour before collecting the saliva. Then make sure that you do not eat, drink, smoke, or chew gum for the 30 minutes until the saliva starts to decrease. This is to avoid a saliva sample that cannot be tested.
- No swabs are used, which are inserted into the throat or nasal cavity.
- In case of a positive result, you will be personally called by the GGD, providing the correct contact details when registering is very important!
